This is a high-quality design that utilizes "natural flotation separation," which separates oil and fat due to the difference in specific gravity between water and oil. The shielding plate features an easy-to-clean sliding design. All components inside the tank, except for the trap, are removable, making internal inspections easy. The basket, equipped with handles, is also made of SUS304, providing durability for long-term use.

This is a fire-resistant grease trap with a monolithic structure coated with fireproof material (calcium silicate), making it easy to install. Fireproof materials (calcium silicate boards) are also used for the fireproof coating around the drainage pipe connections. The fire-resistant grease trap has received certification from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
