Great performance behind the door in inspection openings and gas chambers! Axle-hung hinges.

Smooth door removal and attachment! It can be held in a lowered position. Since it uses a pivot hinge, the surface of the door is neat!

Pivot hinges used for inspection doors in condominiums and building construction. Joe Prince's pivot hinges offer excellent workability! There are three key points. ● Smooth door attachment and detachment! Can be held in a lowered axis position. By pulling down the axis and rotating it, it can be held in a lowered position. This allows both hands to be used, making the door hanging process smooth. ● Since it is an axis-hung hinge, the door surface is clean! Nothing is visible from the door surface, making it recommended for high-design condominiums and buildings. ● The upper frame only requires a cap to be inserted, so no welding is needed! You simply tap the cap for the upper frame into the through hole made in the upper frame, eliminating the need for welding. It is suitable for doors made of color steel plates that cannot be welded or for installation after painting. Additionally, by using our concealed hinges in conjunction, it prevents door warping and can accommodate large doors (door size H2100 or more). *Please contact us separately for more information.
