As challenges related to owning pallets in the rice warehouse of the agricultural cooperative, which has a short operating period, we identified the following: "budget for purchasing pallets," "effort required for cleaning and maintenance," and "quantity to hold considering the rice harvest volume." In response, our company proposed "rental pallets" that can be used in the necessary quantities when needed. By adopting this solution, you are now using clean and hygienic pallets for the two months during which the warehouse is operational. Additionally, by returning the pallets after use, you can empty the non-operational rice warehouse, eliminating the effort required for pallet management. Furthermore, since you can calculate and order the necessary number of pallets during the period when the harvest volume can be estimated, a more rational operation is being conducted.
