Reduce maintenance costs with differential pressure management!
Are you managing the airflow in the sanitary area? I believe that at the beginning of the factory operation, the airflow direction was determined by adjusting the supply and exhaust air volume. However, over time, it may not have been maintained due to filter clogging or changes in equipment. The differential pressure controller 'PEC-X2' maintains the airflow direction over the long term by controlling the differential pressure between rooms. Controlling the supply and exhaust air volume with dampers means that the true maintenance period is when it can no longer be controlled. By issuing an alarm at this timing, it can lead to longer filter life and reduced maintenance costs. We are also developing the 'Room Damper,' which enables ductless differential pressure control, scheduled for release soon. Please feel free to consult with us.
