As a solution, please consider "wrapping folding fins around the piping." When fins are continuously formed at a certain height like in finned pipes, it is not possible to change the height midway. However, if fins are wrapped around and installed afterward, it becomes possible to install fins of varying heights depending on the interference situation, eliminating the need for significant design changes solely aimed at avoiding interference. Since this is a retrofitting measure, it can be utilized as an option when necessary, allowing for convenient use without major changes to the design or drawings.
