Realization is possible even in small-scale facilities!
Biogas can be generated from food waste such as organic waste that occurs within the facility and utilized as energy. Conventional technology targeted large-scale factories that produce more than 10 tons of organic waste per day. However, with the biogas system, it has become possible to install it in smaller facilities, such as food factories that generate less than 3 tons of organic waste per day. For example, by installing it in a food factory that generates 1 ton of organic waste per day, it is possible to produce biogas, which can then be converted into steam and generate energy. 【Features】 - The fermentation temperature of 55°C accelerates the processing speed, allowing for a more compact device. - By converting waste into energy within the facility, it becomes possible to reduce CO2 emissions through a decrease in the use of new energy sources. - Our kitchen waste processing system (disposer) is installed as a pre-treatment facility, which grinds the organic waste to reduce the load on the processing tank. *Support for the overall introduction of the biogas power generation system is also available. Please refer to the materials for more details. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries.
