Contracted for the relocation work from the temporary office to the new office! Rapid operations utilizing the year-end and New Year period.
We were commissioned by the Mito City Hall to carry out the relocation work between the temporary office and the new office from the end of December 2018 to the beginning of the following year. A total of 1,800 staff members and 520 trucks were deployed, and the work was completed in six days. In this project, there was a time gap between the planning phase and the execution date, which resulted in discrepancies in the quantity estimates for furniture and other items. Therefore, we also undertook the task of revising the initial plan. By adjusting the resources deployed and improving the accuracy of the plan, we were ultimately able to achieve a swift relocation process.
