The honeycomb core using origami methods can be mass-produced at a low cost. It achieves carbon neutrality through weight reduction.
Design Honeycomb Leveraging the ability to create various shapes through origami techniques, we have developed a design partition with a honeycomb cross-section at a 45° angle. It has been found that this partition has various effects as outlined below: (1) It effectively blocks the line of sight from people in front. (2) While blocking people's line of sight, it can also let in light, making the space bright and reducing feelings of oppression (similar to a one-way mirror effect). (3) The reflection of light allows objects on the other side to be perceived as shadows. (4) By eliminating paneling, it improves ventilation. (5) By creatively designing the panels, insulation and soundproofing effects can be achieved. In the future, we will expand its applications to include interior use and a wide range of designs such as colors and prints treated with anodizing.

basic information
Honeycomb structural materials with a honeycomb shape possess excellent properties such as lightweight, high strength, high rigidity, sound insulation, and thermal insulation performance. They are currently used and gaining attention in various fields such as aviation, construction materials, railways, and automotive manufacturing. 【Characteristics of the Origami Method】 1. It allows for the production of variable cross-sections such as airfoil shapes, curved surfaces, and angled cores. 2. Since it is created from a single flat sheet, there is no scrap produced.

Applications/Examples of results
Example 1: Partition in a Beauty Salon In the beauty salon, it was adopted as a partition for the shampoo booth. It was made at a 45° angle, similar to the aforementioned design. By blocking people's line of sight while allowing light to enter, it creates a space without a sense of oppression. Example 2: University Research Institute A partition (divider) made with a 45° honeycomb core was adopted for research at Kyushu University. It can be opened and closed like a sliding door. The 45° angle of the honeycomb creates a distinctive reflection on the backside of the partition.
Company information
Companies exist for society, and organizations exist for people. As long as we do not forget this fundamental principle, corporate management will possess flexibility, and the products that emerge from it will be both hard and soft, as well as gentle. "Always with the freshness and innocence of something just born—" We are a company that develops together with our customers. 1. Manufacturing pressed parts centered on trucks and passenger cars. 2. Proposing component reforms through high technological development capabilities (such as honeycomb and truss cores). 3. Always aiming to be professionals in press forming (precision press, net shape).
