At Amano, we were considering replacing our POS system in response to the reduced tax rate system and the Installment Sales Act that came into effect in October 2019. In a situation where compliance before the tax change was essential, our previous implementation achievements were evaluated, leading to the adoption of 'UNITE POSi'. After implementation, we were able to complete passport scanning and necessary document output at the POS, systematizing the ability to provide benefits to each member based on usage conditions.
