Satokin has independently developed a casting technology that incorporates aluminum pipes into castings using sand casting, achieving fusion without melting the pipes. The key point is that the aluminum pipes are embedded within the product. Molten aluminum is poured into the same material and same melting point aluminum pipes set in the sand mold, allowing them to adhere (fuse) without melting the pipes. Additionally, a unique casting technology has been developed to embed pure copper pipes into castings, achieving adhesion (fusion).
