We will introduce a case where our product was used to address the issue of foam generation in the aeration tank, which worsens the treatment process.
Here is a case study of foam control measures implemented at a dairy product manufacturing plant. At this plant, a problem arose in late spring (late May) when foaming occurred in the aeration tank, leading to a tendency for treatment to worsen. We proposed the introduction of our "WT-Complete." Eleven days after its introduction, foaming in the final aeration tank was almost nonexistent. 【Case Overview】 ■ Industry and Facility Overview - Industry: Dairy product manufacturing plant - Daily wastewater volume: 1200m3 - Situation: Foaming occurs in the aeration tank in late spring, leading to a tendency for treatment to worsen. ■ Proposed Product and Application Amount - Product Name: WT-Complete - Application Amount: 20 bags for 4 days → 10 bags for 7 days *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
In August 1970, Yasuda Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (currently Sompo Japan Insurance Inc.) was established as Yasuda Comprehensive Development Research Institute, focusing on real estate-related research and brokerage services. In 1972, the company restructured to primarily engage in the ownership and leasing of office buildings, changing its name to "Universe Development Co., Ltd." Since its founding, the company has operated with a strong emphasis on trust and solid business practices. To respond to various demands, in addition to its core real estate business, the company has focused on environmental issues such as water and soil pollution, which are global concerns, and has ventured into environmental conservation projects that utilize biotechnology to naturally decompose and neutralize harmful pollutants. Furthermore, leveraging years of experience in real estate management, the company has also advanced the commercialization of a "leakage monitoring device," based on a new theory that allows for more precise measurements, aimed at ensuring the safety of facilities such as buildings and factories that consume significant amounts of electricity, incorporating cutting-edge industry technology. Additionally, in its new business development, the company operates three stores of the Western confectionery manufacturer and retailer "Chateraise," two coffee shops "Doutor," and four rental and sales stores for CDs and DVDs "Tsutaya" (as of the end of June 2008), engaging in businesses closely connected to people's daily lives.
