We would like to introduce a case study of measures taken against grease content at a certain meat processing plant. In this plant, grease solidified in the first and second raw water tanks, causing pump malfunctions. The high grease content was also affecting biological treatment. Therefore, we proposed the use of our bio-agent "UCS20XF."
