The "Oku Dake Tray" is a solution product that attaches an RFID reader-writer antenna to a standard plastic tray for operation. When a clear file with an RFID tag is placed on the tray, it is possible to detect what kind of document (slip) has been placed (or taken). The RFID tag is pre-written with information such as the type of document or slip and the distribution destination.
