Based on a methyl siloxane ceramic paint generated using the Zolger reaction, we have finally succeeded in developing a special hybrid coating agent that can withstand high temperatures of 300°C and above, which was previously impossible with existing chemical technologies. This coating maintains its gloss and luster permanently and sustainably, even on various metals exposed to such high temperatures. Custom exhaust systems with a deep gloss and shine that custom enthusiasts around the world have been eagerly awaiting for motorcycles and cars alike are now possible!! The coating consists of a two-layer system: a heat-resistant primer color (black/white) and a heat-resistant topcoat clear (clear/pearl clear). After applying each layer to the target object, a curing process at a temperature of 180-190°C is performed for complete hardening.
