Managing multiple processes independently has made it difficult to have an overall understanding, and each operator has been proceeding based on their own judgment, resulting in a lack of consistency in work and inspection records. Additionally, since work results and inspection records were managed on paper, the reliability of the data was low, and there were instances of missing entries. This system centralizes the management of work and inspection records across multiple processes in a production environment, achieving traceability of operations.
