We will introduce troubleshooting for the issue of "color variation in metallic paints," where the metallic feel changes in color patterns and brightness compared to color samples or previously painted items, even though the settings of the painting machine have not been changed. If the cause is that the paint is being supplied directly from the box of powder coating, it can be addressed by using a tank with a fluidizing device. Additionally, there are measures for issues caused by uneven grounding of the items being painted. [Causes and Measures (Excerpt)] ■ Directly supplying paint from the box of powder coating → Use a tank with a fluidizing device ■ There is a malfunction in the charging device of the spray gun → Consult the paint machine manufacturer ■ Uneven grounding of the items being painted → Check the grounding *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
