Powder Coating Troubleshooting: Drips

We will introduce troubleshooting for the phenomenon of "dripping," where powder coating adheres too much to the coated object and starts to drip. If the cause is excessive coating thickness during painting, it is possible to take measures by reconsidering the painting method (painting time, discharge amount, working method, etc.). Additionally, there are measures for cases where the temperature of the object to be coated is too high, resulting in excessive film thickness.
