We are confident in our beautifully crafted web handling techniques.
Slitting processing is a technology that cuts film along the direction of transport. We cater to a wide range of products, not only for general industrial applications centered around PET and TAC but also for high-quality products that require optical applications, special grades, and development items. All slitting processes are carried out in a clean room. With years of experience in joint development and research with film manufacturer engineers, as well as knowledge and craftsmanship gained from slitting and web handling seminars, we are confident in our web handling technology that beautifully winds up under appropriate conditions. Company information
Our company started surface processing using the sandblasting method in 1962, and since then, we have responded to the diversifying market needs as a secondary processing manufacturer of plastic films, including hairline processing and slitting. Currently, the demand is expanding, particularly in optical materials, including foreign object inspection and removal of foreign objects from films. Continuing through our business, we will achieve a new "shinka" (evolution and deepening) centered on providing environmentally friendly, chemical-free products while sowing the seeds for the future of people and society.
