Takahashi Flying Probe Tester expands defect detection capabilities with its unique system!!
This system allows for the addition of two vertical probes to the standard four inclined probes, enabling contact with points that were previously inaccessible, such as contact points between high components, vias, through-holes, and upward connectors, thereby enhancing defect detection capabilities. To select the optimal contact method according to the shape of the inspection target, several types of probes with different tip shapes are available. Furthermore, by adding a dual Z-axis option that automatically switches between two different vertical probes according to the inspection program, manual probe replacement becomes unnecessary, allowing for more efficient inspections.

Founded in 1894 as a textile company, Takaya Textile expanded and established its electronics division in 1966, starting the assembly of transistor radios. Today, in addition to contract manufacturing services (EMS) related to electronic devices, the company actively manufactures and sells various electronics, including in-circuit testers (printed circuit board inspection devices) and RFID (a technology that enables information exchange through short-range wireless communication from tags containing IC information), as well as IT consulting and system solutions, both domestically and internationally. We continue to evolve as a corporate group that contributes to societal development, with textiles and electronics as our dual pillars.
