Fixing jig for splash prevention panels
Fixture for securing splash prevention panels
Since no stand or panel processing is required to make the panel self-standing, you can use the desk or table more spaciously!
By using POM material in a cross or single shape, it is possible to fit a panel with a thickness of 3.0mm. Additionally, by applying double-sided tape (removable type is recommended) to the back of the POM material, it can prevent tipping, falling, and movement. Conventional splash prevention panels required cuts in the panel for stands or to prevent tipping, but with this method, the only processing needed is to round off the corners for safety, which reduces processing costs and shortens delivery times. Since stands are no longer necessary, the table or desk space can be used more freely, and the layout can be entirely up to the customer's creativity, significantly increasing flexibility. Panels can be provided in the desired dimensions from the following types. Additionally, while there will be extra costs, we also accept processing such as corner rounding and central notching. - PET material Chemical resistance: Can be disinfected with ethanol using paper towels - Polycarbonate Chemical resistance: Can be disinfected with ethanol using paper towels Flame retardant, high weather-resistant coating applied,

Company information
Our company was founded in 1923 (Taisho 12) in Shiba, Tokyo, as "Takahashi Glass Shop." Initially, we engaged in glass installation for horse-drawn carriages and repair work for high-end imported car glass. Today, as a member of the AGC WINSYS group, we are involved in the final processing of automotive glass, assembly of functional components, and manufacturing of resin injection molded products. Our clients include Honda, Subaru, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Hino, Mitsubishi Fuso, and Isuzu, for whom we supply glass assemblies or components. In addition to automotive glass, we also handle various automotive parts from different companies, conducting final assembly and inspection in our own factory, and delivering directly to car manufacturers. We are not limited to the automotive industry; we also sell and install architectural glass and films, engaging in transactions with major general contractors and large fixture manufacturers through AGC WINSYS.
