[Data] Case Study on Vibration Isolation Performance Improvement of 1000T Press

We will introduce a case where significant improvements in vibration performance of a press machine were confirmed by replacing the existing vibration isolation device.

This document introduces a case (conducted in 2017) where complaints from neighboring residents arose due to vibration propagation caused by a 1000T press equipped with other types of vibration isolation devices at the time of its new installation. The case was implemented with the aim of improving vibration isolation performance. It includes tables summarizing the specifications of the target press, proposed vibration isolation specifications, and measurement results at the site boundary, as well as figures summarizing press amplitude calculation results and vibration level measurement results.
