We would like to introduce a helpful case study on issuing shipping labels in conjunction with the shipping company's system. Recently, due to the increase in invoice issuance systems for label printing from various shipping companies, the software has been divided into several types. When company information changes, multiple corrections are required, which is very time-consuming. We unified the underlying system for printing shipping labels from multiple shipping companies to "Rakuso." As a result, we streamlined the unnecessary duplicate management of multiple customer masters and improved the operations of input and printing tasks. Additionally, we addressed the issue of rising shipping costs due to the continued use of multipart shipping labels.
