"Air Fresh" is an air intake component that has been widely adopted in zero-eave houses as a "partner for ventilation roofs." It can also be used as an exhaust component for wall ventilation. Utilizing a heat-expanding material that foams due to the heat generated during a fire, this air intake component has a fireproof function that blocks the air intake pathway to prevent the spread of fire. By using an original heat-expanding material with a proprietary formulation that adjusts the foaming temperature and foaming ratio, it is possible to block the air intake pathway with the heat-expanding material during a fire. The flap has an S-shape, and by changing the center of gravity of the flap, its position after falling can be made consistent, allowing the air intake pathway to be blocked by the heat-expanding material.
