At Company S in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, which manufactures stainless steel kitchenware, the shiny metal surface achieved through electropolishing was considered an added value of their products. However, the company faced issues related to the characteristics of this "shiny finish" in some of their products, prompting a review of their manufacturing process.
