Developing the cleaning tank itself with an eye on the future! Introducing a case study that challenged the cleaning of large workpieces.
Our company, specializing in cleaning, often received requests for cleaning various local products as the final process of product manufacturing. However, the request from Company M was for degreasing materials before processing, specifically long wire rods measuring 2 to 3 meters. Until then, it seems that the company had been performing degreasing by wiping with rags, but due to inconsistencies in the work and significant impacts on subsequent processes, they sought a contractor capable of high-quality degreasing and found us. At that time, we did not have a cleaning tank that could accommodate long workpieces, but we developed a cleaning tank with an eye on the future. As a result, we were able to provide degreasing cleaning of sufficient quality, and we began to receive regular requests. [Case Overview] ■ Client: Electric equipment manufacturer Company M ■ Challenge: Due to the special shape, it could not be cleaned with standard cleaning equipment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
