We performed degreasing treatment on the in-house manufactured duct and applied the primer and topcoat to the large duct using an airless spray.

◎Deoxidation Treatment This is a cleaning process that uses organic solvents to remove dirt and oil from the surface. If oil remains, it may cause the paint to repel or adhere inadequately. ◎Airless Painting This is a method of applying paint without using air. Liquid paint is pressurized with a pump, atomized, and sprayed in a mist. It is suitable for large products as it forms a thick paint film. ◎Lead-Free, Chrome-Free Anti-Corrosion Paint This is an anti-corrosion paint developed as an environmentally friendly alternative, free from lead and chrome that were previously used. ◎Long Oil Phthalic Resin Paint This is a type of alkyd resin that contains a high amount of oil and has excellent workability. It is classified into three types based on oil content: short oil, medium oil, and long oil.
