Bacteria use protein stains as a nutrient source to proliferate. Since alcohol and sodium hypochlorite are not suitable for removing protein stains, alkaline cleaners (such as our product, Soujisky) are appropriate.
After applying actual oil stains to a stainless steel plate and cleaning it with Soji-Ski, alcohol, and hypochlorous acid water, the verification using Warp Search showed that cleaning with Soji-Ski demonstrated sufficient removal capability, while alcohol and hypochlorous acid water, which are unsuitable for removing protein stains, were found to be almost ineffective in removal.
