Consideration for explosion prevention! Connect a pressure source without using electricity, and raise or lower the passenger work stage with the converted water pressure!
We would like to introduce a case of implementing the "Aqua Deck" in a pharmaceutical factory. There were concerns such as "We want to use the 'Aqua Deck' in areas with explosion hazards" and "The standard type cannot be used because it operates the water pressure pump with electricity." Therefore, we proposed our product that employs our own air-hydro converter, which converts air pressure into water pressure without using electricity. This allows the use of the air pressure source available at the location to raise and lower the passenger work stage with the water pressure converted by the air-hydro converter. 【Overview】 ■ Installation site: Pharmaceutical company ■ Installed product: Aqua Deck (water pressure high-altitude work platform) ■ Content: Maintenance work in the pharmaceutical factory and painting work for large vehicles ■ Maximum height: 2.9 to 6.3m (special specifications upon consultation) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
