【940L Series】 - Conventional cushion casters had a wheel diameter of 100 to 125 mm, but the latest cushion casters have become even more compact at 75 mm. This allows for more delicate movements compared to traditional cushion casters. Additionally, cushion casters can be selected and manufactured in various mounting types, making them suitable for a wide range of situations without being limited to specific locations. - By incorporating built-in springs at the rear of the caster, vibrations and shocks transmitted from the floor can be reduced. To ensure sufficient cushioning effect, we offer three types of springs (8, 14, and 20 daN) tailored to your desired load capacity. Some types also utilize radial ball bearings in the wheel section, which not only provide cushioning effects but also help reduce noise. - In addition to the elasticity benefits of rubber, we use high-performance elastomer materials that compensate for rubber's disadvantages, such as weather resistance, oil resistance, and heat resistance. The combined effect of the built-in springs further enhances the elastic force, ensuring that the floor is not damaged and no dirt is left behind.
