Realizing the integration of the measurement program launch function and external production management systems with flexible customization!
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of an inspection system at an aircraft parts manufacturer. The system was introduced in a mass production environment for aircraft parts, where 100% inspection and traceability management for each product are mandatory. By utilizing the serial information from IC tags, we achieved a flexible customization that integrates the measurement program activation function with the external production management system. The highly specialized statistical analysis function, in conjunction with manufacturing records, demonstrated its power by providing analysis data that exceeded expectations, significantly increasing customer trust. 【Overview】 ■ Implementation Site: Aircraft Parts Manufacturer ■ Implemented System: MajorTracer (Inspection System) ■ Reason for Implementation: Balancing product traceability and automation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The fact that Japan's manufacturing industry has, and will continue to have, its greatest strengths in technology and quality remains unchanged. In a sense, it is not an exaggeration to say that the future of the Japanese economy depends on the progress and development of these areas. Moreover, it goes without saying that the leading role and command center in the global production activities of multinational corporations, starting with major companies, will be the domestic bases in Japan, supported by domestic related companies, including small and medium-sized enterprises. Moving forward, I am confident that this progressive system among domestic companies will establish new technologies and management methods that have never been seen before, and that this will lead to the reconstruction of the global identity of Japan's manufacturing industry, which is currently facing severe challenges.
