Based on the customer's request, we applied a rust-proof paint that does not contain lead or chromium after the surface treatment of the frame. We prepared the surface using degreasing treatment and sandpaper without blasting. Using an airless spray, we were able to create a uniform paint film. The construction period was two days, and since there was no specification for film thickness, we ensured a standard thickness of 35µm.
