In industrial furnaces, especially in atmosphere furnaces for heat treatment, our dew point meters, oxygen concentration meters, moisture meters in oil, temperature and humidity meters, and moisture meters for corrosive gases are used for managing moisture and oxygen concentration. We have extensive experience in atmosphere management for reduction atmosphere treatment furnaces such as annealing furnaces, sintering furnaces, and brazing furnaces, as well as for carburizing furnaces, quenching furnaces, and drying furnaces. In the case of heat treatment furnaces, there are risks of gas contamination from solvents that may cause concerns such as condensation, waste disposal, and liquefaction, and simultaneously, controlling pressure and temperature is crucial. To address these issues, we also manufacture control panels in-house.
