Film surface treatment processing technology using sandblasting method!
Our company offers a processing technique called "sand matte processing," which involves projecting fine sand onto plastic film to create a textured surface. The resulting uneven surface has a frosted appearance (matte finish) that can reduce reflectivity. Additionally, the surface area increases, allowing the plastic film to incorporate more functions. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Features】 ■ It is possible to create fine, scale-like textures on the film that are difficult to achieve with blended matte films or coated matte films. ■ Compared to other matte finishes, it allows for a lower gloss. ■ It is a chemical-free processing method that has a minimal environmental impact. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Company information
Our company started surface processing using the sandblasting method in 1962, and since then, we have responded to the diversifying market needs as a secondary processing manufacturer of plastic films, including hairline processing and slitting. Currently, the demand is expanding, particularly in optical materials, including foreign object inspection and removal of foreign objects from films. Continuing through our business, we will achieve a new "shinka" (evolution and deepening) centered on providing environmentally friendly, chemical-free products while sowing the seeds for the future of people and society.
