Powdered HSS ASP2023 is a non-cobalt-containing steel type for high-performance cutting tools, cold working tools, and cold rolling rolls.
ASP2023 is a non-cobalt powder high-speed steel used at a hardness of approximately HRC60 to 66. ASP2023 is identical to ASP23, which has been distributed domestically for a long time. The material name was changed in the 2000s. It is particularly recommended for cold processing such as fine blanking, and in recent years, due to the increasing demand for semiconductors, there has been a growing record of its adoption in mold dies for IC encapsulation and resin encapsulation. Please also consider it for tools such as taps, drills, and broaches. *Equivalent material standards: AISIM3:2 JIS SKH53 Germany: 1.3395 Europe: HS6-5-3 For round bars, flat bars, square bars, 4F and 6F plates, please feel free to inquire about your desired shape and dimensions.
