This product was manufactured in-house, handling all processes from material procurement, can fabrication, temporary assembly, hot-dip galvanizing, blasting, to final painting. Different specifications were adopted for the main girder and the handrail, with the handrail receiving a plating treatment. The blasting process was carried out to prepare the base material, removing debris and paint from the surface. In the painting process, multiple layers of paint were applied for rust prevention and aesthetic purposes. The overall construction period took about 1.5 months, resulting in a high-quality product.
