Your magnesium products may experience paint bubbling or shrinkage. Therefore, we used sandblasting to minimize deformation and performed paint stripping. Please understand that we cannot accommodate baked coatings, and we shipped the products after paint stripping. The construction period is one working day, but stripping by blasting is also possible for other metals, thick film coatings, rubber, and plating. Since the grid's grinding material is harder, it results in a larger surface roughness and can shorten construction time, making it suitable for large fabricated products and paint stripping. Conversely, the sand has a softer grinding material than the grid, resulting in less surface roughness and minimal deformation for thin materials.
