The SP009T is a surge protector that protects video equipment from high voltage surges transmitted through AHD/HD-TVI/HDCVI and composite video signal transmission cables (twisted pair transmission). - Protects equipment from sudden voltage spikes caused by induced lightning and other sources. - Connection terminals are terminal block to terminal block. - Can also be used with control signals such as RS485. * Please connect the equipment to be protected at the Equipment End of the cable, where there is a possibility of surges entering at the Cable End. * Ensure that the ground wire is properly grounded (Type D grounding).
