It also automatically compensates for gravitational loads, allowing for consistent grinding/polishing with a set contact force. This technology can increase the speed of the device or robot's trajectory, thereby enhancing processing speed and improving cycle time. Additionally, in robotic polishing and grinding, the control of contact pressure through the expansion and contraction of the ACF itself eliminates the need to move the heavy robot arm for corrections, further assisting in improving the processing speed of robotic polishing. Furthermore, it automatically compensates for tool load variations due to gravity changes based on the robot's angle, ensuring a consistent contact pressure from any angle and enabling a finish without processing inconsistencies.
