【Technical Details】 ■High-Precision Measurement/Processing Technology ⇒We have developed a method to synthesize only the high-precision areas from data measured in multiple postures using X-ray CT, enabling the generation of highly accurate X-ray CT measurement data. Additionally, we can synthesize measurement data from X-ray CT with optical measurement data, allowing for the generation of measurement data that is closer to the actual object. ■Determination of Material Properties ⇒The material testing methods are determined using CAE. Material parameters are established through analyses that reproduce the tests, confirming that the phenomena are replicated at the material testing level. We can also determine complex parameters necessary for selecting methods such as the extended Mohr-Coulomb failure criterion, which takes into account the triaxial stress needed for accurately predicting failure. ■Determination of Actual Machine Characteristics ⇒We conduct actual machine tests and analyze the phenomena. By adjusting parameters such as constraint conditions, load conditions, and contact conditions to reproduce the phenomena, we construct a digital twin for high-precision failure prediction CAE.
