High-pressure 51MPa metal filter (hydrogen, ammonia, and other gases)
Safety Screen
This is a high-pressure metal filter with a proven track record in the aviation industry! The technical advantages of fluid filter technology that has supported aviation safety are...
The vulnerability of mesh filters under specific conditions has been pointed out. Contaminant accumulation + flammable fluid = localized high-temperature state >> damage. Depending on usage, wire mesh can create situations where localized high temperatures occur. Filters manufactured with laser drilling have smooth surfaces and do not accumulate contaminants locally like mesh nets, and they do not break even when all holes are clogged. The failure of a filter, which is supposed to protect the system, can lead to significant damage to the system. In the aviation industry, this type of filter is adopted to ensure absolute reliability. Its technical value is believed to contribute to the development of combustion systems using hydrogen and ammonia in the future.
