Even if you request a repair service, there may be instances where they cannot come for a day or two. However, if you enroll in a repair maintenance contract, we will respond immediately, 24 hours a day. For equipment covered by the "maintenance contract," we provide biannual regular inspection services. This helps prevent equipment failures, extends the lifespan of the appliances, and saves approximately 20% on electricity costs. Additionally, unlike one-time repairs that are not part of a regular maintenance contract, travel fees and labor costs are included in the maintenance contract fee, so there will be no additional charges.
