Due to difficulties with sludge discharge from the dewatering machine, the condition of the wastewater treatment has worsened, and we received an inquiry from the person in charge expressing a desire to achieve stable sludge dewatering as soon as possible. We promptly received the sludge and conducted a dewatering test. Based on the results of our hearing, we proposed the "L type (belt press type)" and it was adopted. After implementation, stable discharge of dewatered cake became possible, and with smoother sludge discharge, the condition of the wastewater treatment also stabilized.
