The "PAL-100-C" is a high-precision dispenser that directly pumps and dispenses materials such as high-viscosity adhesives with fillers, RTV silicone, polyurethane resins, and gap fillers from an 18L pail. It features a high-pressure liquid pressure-reducing valve between the pump and the dispensing gun to adjust the pressure of the dispensed material, allowing for pressure reduction. Pulsation of the dispensed material can also be minimized. By using a high-pressure dispensing gun (with a pressure resistance of 21Mpa/cm2), it ensures reliable dispensing even with liquids delivered at high discharge pressure, and thanks to the use of special packing, there is no dripping or leakage from the tip of the dispensing valve. 【Features】 - Uses a special double-action piston drive and a specially structured seal. - Can be used with moisture-curing resins such as RTV silicone resin. - The piston performs a reciprocating motion, effectively minimizing pulsation during switching. - The dispensing gun can be easily attached to a 13mm round rod, making it suitable for integration into automated equipment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
