The "FX-700" is a multifunction unit capable of measuring frequency, average frequency, pulse width, and time interval. It is equipped with a switchable 8-bit input/output port across 4 channels and features a pattern trigger circuit. The tester itself has a compact design measuring 420mm x 580mm, making it suitable for tabletop testers, fully automatic systems, and universal fixtures. Additionally, the measurement, control, and power units are modular, making maintenance easy.
