■Coastal Erosion Prevention Material (All-Cut Pile Structure + Rubber-Based Resin) - A composite material formed into a cylindrical shape with the all-cut pile structure and rubber resin, with the pile surface facing outward. - By filling this with sand and burying it on the coast, it prevents erosion from the sea. - Since the outer surface of the cylinder is made of piles, it prevents displacement due to interlocking with the sand. Additionally, even after the seaward side of the buried composite material is exposed, the pile part serves as a reef, contributing to the maintenance and activation of the ecosystem. ■Pile Height: Can be freely designed from 4 to 60 mm ■Pile Shape: Can be freely designed as loop piles, cut piles, or cut & loop piles ■Pile Material: Resin fibers such as polyester, nylon, polypropylene, as well as metal fibers, hollow fibers, and functional fibers like conductive fibers can also be used ■The laminated composite materials can be bonded with various resins such as rubber and urethane, using composites like non-woven fabric, cloth, paper, metal foil, and resin sheets.
