The vacuum grating is a disaster prevention type grating equipped with high drainage capacity and standard anti-theft features. It was developed in response to the recent increase in concentrated heavy rainfall and the series of grating theft incidents. Utilizing a special vacuum structure made from robust high-tensile steel, it maintains sufficient drainage performance even with a significant reduction in size compared to previous models, contributing to a reduction in environmental impact through weight reduction.

- The vacuum grating employs an end bar with a unique V-shaped notch processing technology. It smoothly drains upstream water into the side ditch even on steep slopes. - The structure utilizes two types of beams to ensure strength. By reducing the size of the main components compared to usual, it achieves lightweight design. - A locking function that utilizes the weight of the concrete lid is standard. This enhances the security of the grating used in ditches, which are prone to metal theft. - The locking function prevents accidents caused by the grating lid bouncing up during vehicle passage, as well as the lid floating or scattering. - The standard size of the vacuum grating is a quarter size (L=250), which is half of the conventional half size (L=500). By utilizing high-tensile steel, which has higher strength than conventional steel, it maintains sufficient drainage functionality even at a smaller size. Its size and weight are about half, contributing to the reduction of iron resources and minimizing environmental impact during manufacturing and transportation. - The vacuum grating comes standard with features for heavy rain response and theft prevention, yet its price is the same as that of the conventional type grating (L=500mm).
