We respond to the needs of motor inverter designers and developers who want to test right away!
In the "EMoTS-00," we provide a testing environment that combines our high-speed dynamo with battery and inverter simulators. We can also accommodate contract testing, where you simply send the test motor and provide testing instructions to obtain test results. In addition to evaluation tests for motors and inverters, we can conduct surge tests for wiring materials, thermal flow, and thermal evaluation tests for temperature saturation in an environment close to actual machines. 【Features】 ■ Maximum speed: 20,000 rpm ■ Bus voltage: 12 VDC to 850 VDC ■ Maximum torque: 150 Nm (with a 200 Nm torque meter) ■ Power: Drive 50 kW, Absorb 55 kW ■ Extremely low speed: 0.1-degree increments (measurement in 0.01-degree increments) up to 500 Nm ■ Four testing spaces available with confidentiality protection *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
