There is no risk of contamination, and internal cleaning of the product is unnecessary. The diaphragm element process connections, which are welded in a sterile state (e.g., clamp, threaded, VARIVENT, BioControl), allow for connections without dead space. This ensures effective cleaning in CIP and SIP applications by eliminating dead space.
