Construction possible up to 1,300m! Slurry-type mechanical mixing method for deep mixing treatment using vertical repeated stirring.
The "S-Max Column Method" is a deep mixing treatment method that removes poor soil using the newly developed TS head, achieving the construction of a homogeneous improved body with minimal strength variation. By vertically mixing the entire length, it enables the integration of the strength of the improved body. Furthermore, visual confirmation of the head of the improved body allows for early detection of issues. 【Features】 ■ Significant improvement in mixing performance through vertical stirring using the TS head ■ Visual confirmation of the mixing condition of the improved body and the solidification status after construction allows for early detection of issues ■ Uniformity of the strength of the improved body is possible even in interlayer ground ■ The use of the TS head allows for the prior removal of poor soil (such as highly organic soil), achieving an economical mix design ■ Early confirmation of the mixing condition is possible *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Our company was established in 1993 as a ground improvement construction company. Since our founding, we have worked to develop and promote the Tohsho-style column method, enabling deep mixing treatment (column improvement) even in ground with the unique corrosive soil of Hokkaido, and we have accumulated a significant number of construction achievements to date. In 2008, we introduced the Ultra Column method, and in 2010, the Ultra Wood Column method. Furthermore, in 2012, we obtained the construction technology performance certification for the S-Max Column method, and in July 2013, we began construction of the block-shaped mixing treatment method known as the Rising method. Our achievements have further expanded, including general housing, reinforced concrete structures, steel structures, and public housing and school construction projects.
