No tools needed for easy disassembly and cleaning! The Trans R series controls the flow of fluids.
The "Trans R Valve" has no liquid accumulation, and after hot water and steam cleaning, it does not suffer from seizing or galling, maintaining smooth operation. During switching (when the cone rotates), the tapered part of the valve cone does not contact the main body. Particularly with high-viscosity materials, it can reduce pump load compared to conventional valves. In the food and food ingredient sectors, as well as in chemicals and chemical raw materials, its combinations allow for infinite equipment reduction. 【Features】 ■ Easy disassembly and cleaning without tools ■ No liquid accumulation ■ Maintains smooth operation ■ The tapered part of the valve cone does not contact the main body during switching ■ Infinite equipment reduction is possible through combinations *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company manufactures and sells the PUSHKUN Clean System, which facilitates the extrusion recovery and cleaning of raw materials in piping operations within sanitary lines, addressing environmental issues caused by wastewater. Advantages of implementing the PUSHKUN Clean System: - It allows for the recovery and reuse of 99.9% of raw materials within the piping. (No waste of expensive raw materials.) - It enables cost reduction in wastewater treatment due to piping cleaning. - It allows for the production of multiple types of products on a single line. - It enables the extrusion and mixing of a certain amount of raw materials on the production line. (C-type catcher pipe) - It makes it easier to feed highly viscous raw materials and prevents contamination within the piping. Since 1993, it has been adopted by major domestic industries related to food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, and has been evaluated as an effective method for the extrusion of raw materials and cleaning within piping.
